IEM models are of high transparency and easy to understand. There is no need for large-scale training to handle the models. The software system MO\u00b2GO fully supports IEM method. MO\u00b2GO allows a very fast model construction process. This enables to enter a model simultaneously to interviews, directly on the computer. MO\u00b2GO permits a flexible adaptation to the problem domain and the needs of projects. The user can define his specific categories of products, orders and resources and then use them during the business process modelling. The process model can be specified and detailed as desired.
